Take it Outside
Whatever ‘it’ is - exercise, work, meals, reading, time with the kids - take advantage of the long days and do it outside. If you’re working from home, then set up a desk in the yard, on a balcony or in your nearest park for a couple of hours. Do your workouts outdoors and let the kids loose to enjoy the fresh air.
