EMMA'S SUPER SMOOTHIE RECIPE

On a recent photoshoot, our Founder Emma called for a break and in just a few minutes, she had whipped up this amazing smoothie for everyone. We had to ask: what’s in it? We all agreed, it was too good not to share.

Especially during the holiday months, it’s easy to over-indulge. But a morning or mid-day meal-replacement smoothie is great for resetting and supplying you with some tasty super-foods.

Emma’s Super Smoothie

2 cups non dairy unsweetened milk (e.g. oat, hemp or almond)
1 cup ice
1/2 avocado
2 scoops protein powder
1 tsp cordyceps
1 tsp matcha
1 tsp maca powder
1 scoop marine collagen
1 handful spinach, washed
1 handful blueberries
2 medjool dates to sweeten, if desired

Lastly, it wouldn’t be our smoothie of choice without a little bit of LUV. After blending, add a dropper of LUV Rise Tincture, for an extra boost to your day.

Other recommendations from the LUV team

  • We prefer a non-whey protein powder. Try a good quality unsweetened pea or hemp powder for your protein.
  • If you don’t have medjool dates, add half a banana for a touch of sweetness.
  • If you want to add some texture, sprinkle goji berries on top.
